This apartment is very bright and cheerful, ideal for couples. It is located in first-line of beach and in the best area of Las Caletillas (Candelaria). Perfect for excursions to other places of interest in Tenerife and situated in a strategic area, close to the Capital and to the highways to the North and to the South of the Island. From its terrace oriented to the east, you can enjoy relaxing sunrises, nice breakfasts or a romantic dinner, also take some nice sunbaths (until 13.00 hs., more or less) as well as have a broad perspective of the beach and of the Maritime Avenue that runs along the coast. Suitable for people with reduced mobility to a moderate degree.

The average annual temperature in the area is 22 degrees Celsius, allowing you to enjoy throughout the year of the beaches of black sand of volcanic origin, which are only a step away from the apartment. The modern Avenue that runs along the coast, invites you to do long and relaxing walks. Within a radius of 300 meters, the area has a wide range of cultural, leisure and services.

Candelaria is a village of 25.957 inhabitants (2011) and offers the typical services of a people's medium of Tenerife.
From the Central Bus Station (Intercambiador) in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, depart buses for all the Towns of the Island (the official Transports Company in Tenerife is TITSA).
Also you can go to the apartment from the Airport by taxi. You can hire this service from home. This service, it’s easy and safe, although obviously it’s a little bit more expensive!. The round trip (Tenerife South Airport-Candelaria- Tenerife South Airport) is around 120,00 euros (for more info, please contact with the owner).
In any case, the best way to visit Tenerife is renting a car (not are expensive in comparison with other tourist locations).
We can't recommend a car rental company in particular, but you could calculate on-line a quote for your stay (for more info, please contact with the owner).
Please keep in mind that a car will allow you to have many possibilities, because Tenerife is an island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean (known as the Island of Eternal Spring) and "find" good weather and a "summer" temperature, even in the month of January, can be a matter of a few kilometers.
House rulesAs proof of our seriousness, we deliver to our guest a legal contract in Spanish (with an automatic translation in English), to cover the days of your stay and where we specified clearly the object of it and the commitments of both parties.
Please remember that in order to complete this contract that we will give you the day of your arrival, with the keys of the apartment, you should send us your personal data (name, full address and Passport or Identity Card number).
Also, if you need an invoice, send us the fiscal data of your company.
In order to know in advance if your flight has any delay and to track by Internet, we will also ask you to provide us the name of the airline and your flight number.
To coordinate the delivery of the keys, you should send us a text message (sms or WhatsApp) to our mobile phone, once you have collected your baggage at the airport and you are ready to go to the apartment (normally takes about 45 minutes to reach the apartment by car from the Tenerife South Airport and 20 minutes from Tenerife North Airport).
Please note that the date of your arrival you must deliver to us in cash, 100.00 euros as security deposit that will be returned the day that you leave the apartment, once revised housing and provided that you return it in the state in which it was found.

The appartment was even more beautiful than it was in the pictures! It is at the boulevard en close to all things you need (restaurants, beach, supermarket, bakery). We got detailed information about our arrival before arriving (including a detailed description of the route from the airport to the appartment) and the welcome in the appartment was well organized. From the appartment you can easily access the highway and thereby reaching all parts of Tenerife.

Die Wohnung entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen. Die Lage und Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Pilar ist eine sehr engagierte und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Eine bessere Unterstützung für die Unternehmungen vor Ort haben wir bisher nicht erfahren. Die zentral und ruhig gelegene Wohnung würden wir immer wieder für einen Besuch von Santa Cruz und den Nordosten von Teneriffa wählen.
Es war alles sehr gut organiziert. Die Wohnung ist gross und ausgerustet mit allen Aparaturen, die man braucht. Vorteil ist auch die Garage - wenn man nich ein grosses Mietwagen hat. Aber es gibt genug freie Parkplaetze in der Umgebung. Die Lage ist gut, man kann zu Fuss bis zum Meer gehen. Empfehlenswert.
Die Wohnung in Santa Cruz war sehr schön. Sie war ruhig, aber doch zentral gelegen.
Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr (30m zur Bushaltestelle) war perfekt.
Um die Ecke herum fanden wir 2 Supermärkte.
Die Schlüssel- und Wohnungsübergabe war professionell!
Immer wieder würden wir die Wohnung anmieten und können diese auch empfehlen.
Toll fanden wir auch die freundlichen Menschen in der Stadt und auf der Insel. Diese waren stets freundlich zu uns!

La casa è molto calda ma ha ambienti molto accoglienti ed è ideale per 4 persone.
L'organizzazione e l'accoglienza sono il punto forte. Pilar è stata bravissima a gestire tutto con una programmazione fantastica... Siamo all'arrivo che alla ripartenza non abbiamo avuto alcun problema. Insomma è andato tutto benissimo e consiglierei a chiunque di affittare la casa di Pilar

The house is very warm but has very welcoming environments and is ideal for 4 people.
The organization and the welcome are the strong point. Pilar was very good at managing everything with a fantastic programming ... We are on the go to restarting we had no problem. In short everything went fine and I would recommend anyone to rent Pilar's home

La situación del apartamento fue inmejorable para nosotras: muy céntrico, al lado de un parque precioso con una gran cafetería. También un supermercado y una farmacia en el mismo edificio. Gracias, Pilar.
Really Nice apartment in super surroundings.
We stayed over Christmas with our children in this place. We really enjoyed a very clean and well equipped apartment. Great terrassa with great view to the Atlantic ocean. Had a swimmingpool just in front og the place - Nice with all the equipment for Beach - chairs, towels and so on.
Bars and restaurants just around the corner and shops on the mainstreet. The owner did a good job in informing us before arrival. And we were received very late at night.
We can truely recommend this place.
