If you are going to visit Prague by car – it is the best option for you. Residence offers a private garage for your car in the same building with apartment.
Garage is for free, but we kindly asking you to let us know if you are going to reserve the garage in advance, we will organize it for you!!!
This apartment consist of 2 separate rooms and can fit up to 4 people, also perfect for a couple or family who wants to spend unforgettable time in gorgeous Prague.
*First room is bedroom with double bed, wardrobe. Windows face to the courtyard so noise will not disturb you even during the day, its really quite.
*Second room is living room with kitchen. There is big foldable sofa, can be used as real double bed for 2 people. Also there is big TV with local channels.
*Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, crockery and cooker.
*Big bathroom with the bath and separate WC

*good recommendations where to go and what to see in Prague
*24 hours support during your stay
Apartment is located in Prague 3 district Zizkov. Žižkov is today one of the most popular up and coming neighborhoods in Prague and is home to many expatriates. Žižkov sights you can reach easily walking inlude:
* 10 minutes - the Television Tower decorated with giant crawling babies( you should definitely go there, there is a such an amazing view over the city on top of the tower)
*10-15 minutes Palac Akropolis ( for night life)
* 10 minutes the National Monument with a massive equestrian statue of Jan Žižka
*also many beautiful parks, the evocative Olšany Cemetery, the New Jewish Cemetery, the Prague University of Economics and much more within walking distance.
*15 – 20 minutes Wenceslas square
It takes 30 minutes to get to your apartment from airport by taxi. We can organize a transfer from the airport directly to the apartment - the cost of this service is 20 EUR/car for 1-3 people, and 25 EUR/car for 4 people. In this case our driver will meet you in the arrival zone, drive to your apartment and hand you in all needed maps and keys.
House rulesPlease note that smoking is not allowed in the apartment. This is a strict rule.
- Please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it. All bed linen/tea towels and other textile as well.
- Check-in from 15h00 (we will do our best to prepare your apartment as soon as possible) and check-out until 11h00 (you can leave your luggage in our office afterwards)
- We kindly ask you not to make any noise in the hallways and other common areas in the house after 22h00. There are many old people in the house and we have promised the neighbors to keep the peace and maintain friendly relations.
We love our guests so much that we provide them with a welcome set consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, detergent (dishwasher and washing machine), hair&body 2in1 shampoo, kitchen utensils, towels and bed linen.
- If you stay in our apartment for more than 7 days – we will clean and change towels/linen once a week for free.
- If you break something, please tell us. It happens, life is life :)

Great apartment in a walkable distance from the historical center, excellent choice if you traveling by car as garage parking is included. Very good and useful hints from host about the city (ate the best ribs ever in the recommended near by restaurant).

Very nice apartment. City location and easy to reach
Sehr schöne Wohnung. Stadtnahe Lage und gut zu erreichen
The location of the apartment was perfect. Through the nearby tram station, you could quickly change in the Prague 1 Part.
The apartment was nice and clean.
However, we had the description of the apartment interpreted differently.
We thought that we have 2 sleeping rooms and two bathrooms.
But that was not the case.
It had only one sleeping room and in the living room a sofa bed.
But this was still ok, as we were only there 2 days.
I think that the description should be different.
Another negative point was the Securitas in Loby.
They were friendly, but did not speak English and this was then quite unpleasant. They came to us a bit "helpless" before.
By and large it has but we liked it. The apartment, however, could be renovated, although once again for a short trip, this is completely ok.
If you are more than 4 people and not too long lives there, it is highly recommended.
Die Lage der Wohnung war optimal. Durch die nahe liegende Tramstation, konnte man schnell in den Prag 1 Teil wechseln.
Die Wohnung war schön und sauber.
Jedoch hatten wir die Beschreibung der Wohnung anders interpretiert.
Wir dachten, dass wir 2 Schlaf zimmer haben und zwei Badezimmer.
Das war aber leider nicht der Fall.
Es hatte nur ein Schlaf zimmer und in dem Wohnzimmer ein Schlafsofa.
Dies war aber trotzdem ok, da wir nur 2 Tage dort waren.
Ich finde dass die Beschreibung anders lauten sollte.
Ein weiterer Negativ Punkt waren die Securitas in der Loby.
Sie waren zwar freundlich, konnten jedoch kein Englisch und dies war dann recht unangenehm. Sie kamen uns ein bisschen "hilflos" vor.
Im Grossen und Ganzen hat es uns aber gefallen. Die Wohnung könnte zwar mal wieder renoviert werden jedoch für einen Kurztrip ist dies völlig ok.
Wenn man höchstens 4 Personen ist und nicht allzu lange dort wohnt, ist es sehr empfehlenswert.

Very nice apartment in a quiet, very good reception can a distant ideal of downtown, have to circulate on foot and by public transport no problem to be in the city. For me it is an experience to renew.
Tres belle appartement au calme, tres bon accueil ideale un peut eloigne du centre ville, ont a circuler a pied et en transport aucun probleme pour se situer dans la ville. Pour ma part c'est une experience a renouveller.
It is a new apartment, with good finishes in general, flooring, bathroom and kitchen, two rooms :, one of the room the dining room, the other bedroom with separate bathroom. A part has a toilet facing the room.
It is an apartment for rent and not fully conditioned to live; There is little furniture: a double bed, a bedside table, wardrobe in bedroom, a sofa, a table and 4 chairs exactly, which lack the necessary furniture in a small housing fitted. You can just leave things, small objects, on the dining table
Regarding the kitchen, although it is fully equipped with appliances, missing kitchen utensils, two cups, two glasses, 4 plates flat, 4 soperos and two small, cubiertosd and cocinsa knives, 4 pots, a colander and a casserole, but lack pans (to make tortillas or fry meat or fish) iron and a lot of small cookware normally.
Lack neatness in soils.
It lies near the railway station in Prague 1st district and about 25 minutes from the center (astronomical clock). You walk 7m reach the tram stop that takes you downtown or to the Castle. Near (between 2 minutes and 10 minutes walk) but there is little trade, is 3 medium supermarkets. Opposite is a shop with articles of prime necessity.
In short it would be an excellent apartment with a little more conditioning and kitchen furniture.
Es un apartamento de nueva construcción, con buenos acabados en general, pavimentos, baño y cocina, con dos ambientes:, uno el del estar comedor cocina, el otro el dormitorio con su baño independiente completo. A parte dispone de un aseo que da al estar.
Es un piso para alquiler y no esta acondicionado plenamente para vivir; hay poco mobiliario: una cama de matrimonio, una mesilla de noche, armario en dormitorio, un sofa, una mesa y 4 sillas exactamente, con lo que faltaria el pequeño mobiliario necesario en una vivienda acondicionada. Solo puedes dejar las cosas, pequeños objetos, sobre la mesa del comedor
Respecto a la cocina, si bien se halla totalmente equipada de electrodomesticos, faltan utensilios de cocina, hay dos copas, dos vasos, 4 platos planos, 4 soperos y dos pequeños, cubiertosd y cuchillos cocinsa, 4 ollas, un escurridor y una cazuela, pero faltan sartenes (para hacer tortillas o freir carne o pescado) una plancha y un sinfin de pequeños utensilios para cocinar de manera normal.
Falta pulcritud en los suelos.
Se encuentra cerca de la estación de trenes, en el distrito Praga 1 y a unos 25 minutos andando del centro (reloj astronomico). Andando 7 m se llega a la parada del tranvia que te lleva al centro o al Castillo. Cerca, (entre 2 minutos y 10 minutos andando)aunque hay poco comercio, se encuentra 3 supermercados medianos. Enfrente hay una tienda con articulos de primera necesidad.
En resumen seria un apartamento excelente con un poco mas de acondicionamiento de mobiliario y utensilios de cocina.
Near to the center of the city by bus even the bus stop is near.
Shops like Tesco are in front of the building so you can buy food, drinks from 7 AM to 9 PM!
No air conditioning although in the flat there are two boards to adjust it, the owner answered me that in the center of Prague it's not allowed. During our days the flat was at 29ºC all the day so very difficult to be inside.
Mosquitos, a lot. as we couldn't open the terrace due to them and the temperature was very high, it was difficult to pass our days.
Reception in the building, no english spoken.
You have to go to a different office (near the main train station) to take the keys and the information.
Some things were broken (flush in the toilet, some bed clothes).
And the worst thing, there are not courtains to protect against the sun in the morning, so it seems you are sleeping in a terrace. The first day we were awake at 5.45 AM!! The rest of the days we avoid to sleep in the bedroom and we decided to sleep in the salon where the sun didn't shine so strong.

Ansich good apartment (one must not be fooled by the word elite) for the price and good contact. Additional agreements are difficult.
