The small town of Olhão and the village of Moncarapacho offer plenty of shops for daily needs as well as banks , post office and medical care. Bus and train services there are too many famous places of the Algarve and the Spanish border. From Olhão ferries sail to the coast of the islands.
Location of the object :
The area is rural . The site is located on a hill , in front of a small pine forest, over 13,000 m² in size and covered with more than 100 in some cases very old carob, olive, almond trees, holm oaks and many other plants typical of this region . Countless agaves of different species gave the object name (blossom of agave ) . The property is partially fenced. A 160 m long private driveway leads from the access road up to the house. On the plateau and from the house there is a magnificent view example away on the only 4 km air- line sea, the fishing village Olhão offshore lagoon and the lighthouse of Santa Maria on the island of Culatra or Mount São Miguel.
The property :
Detached 2 - storey house, large south facing terrace with pergola, lying next business house and 2 garden log cabins . The property was completed in 2007. There is a swimming pool of 10 x 4 m for private use.
1 Stock ( Non smoking apartment) : 1 bedroom, 1 shower room with additional bath , guest toilet , living room with sofa bed, kitchen, south and west terrace overlooking the sea, the islands + the lighthouse
Furnishing / Equipment:
Bedroom has a double bed with single mattresses 90 x 200 cm, bedroom has large built in wardrobe with plenty of storage space . Large sofa bed in the living room. Fitted kitchen with dishwasher , gas stove and oven, dining table and chairs. Enough crockery for 4 people . Living room with comfortable seating , satellite TV (Astra Digital: German and English channels ) , fireplace. South -facing balcony with garden table, chairs and deck chairs . The apartment has central heating with radiators in all rooms, double glazed sash windows with superior Mosquito nets . There is also a microwave, espresso machine , safe, children 's highchair , cot etc. shared use of a washing machine by arrangement is possible. The apartment is left clean . Weekly change of linen ( 1 x bed , 1 x bath towels ) .
This apartment is winterized : central heating , fireplace, double glazing, double walled insulated masonry.

1 ) Service charges
Utilities such as electricity , water and gas are included in the scope rent. If the gas bottle is empty, the contact person must be informed immediately .
2 ) Bed linen and towels
The beds are usually freshly made on arrival. The linen can be changed once per week and can be requested from the contact person .
Towels for kitchen and bathroom are also available and can be changed once a week . The towels must not be taken on the beach .
3 ) Arrival and departure
We want our tenants a clean apartment take over . Therefore, to leave up to 10 clock on departure day the apartment. On arrival, the apartment is available from 16 clock.
4 ) The floor plan of the apartment
The floor plan of the apartment is not to scale. Its purpose is merely to get an idea of the layout of premises .
5 ) Special agreements
For the apartment on the 1st Stock Smoking is strictly prohibited . Pets are not allowed both in-house as well as in the entire pool area. Violators will be prosecuted liable for damages.
6 ) Complaints
All complaints that are in Portuguese rural area in the context of everyday life , such as Barking dogs in the neighborhood, construction noise or ringing of the bells of the church, can not be considered by us.
7 ) defects in the accommodation
The tenants are obliged to the landlord or the contact person so that they can immediately be corrected in due time about any defects in the accommodation to be informed . Any failure of the tenant culpably to notify a defect on the spot , no reduction of the rent can be claimed.
8 ) Deadline for notification of defects
Claims for non-contractual provision of the service have to make our tenants within one month after the contractually intended termination of the tour directly with us in writing. After this period, the claim can only be asserted when our tenants were prevented through no fault of meeting the deadline . Any claims by the tenant shall lapse within six months after the contractually intended termination of the tour .
9 ) Electricity and water loss
In the Portuguese villages , it may happen in the summer, that water is scarce and will be shut down completely for several hours. In heavy rain or wind falls in rare cases also the current. With these circumstances, the villagers have to put just as our tenants. In none of these cases reduction rights can be asserted.
10 ) Damage to Property
The tenants are responsible for any damage they cause to the rented accommodation during your residence budget. The landlord may require that is signed on the spot by the tenants an inventory list. If at the end of the stay something missing, tenants are obliged to compensate .
11 ) Jurisdiction Agreement
The competent court for disputes arising from the concluded contract is the court of Cologne and the Cologne Regional Court .

Von Anfang an war der Kontakt sehr herzlich und bemüht. Dort angekommen erwartete uns ein perfekt ausgestattetes Haus, in wunderbarer Lage mit großem warmen Pool!
Die Ausstattung, insbesondere in der Küche und das Mobiliar (sehr gute Betten! Und komfortable Badezimmer wurden im Außenbereich durch ausreichend liege Stühle, schöner Sitzplatz und einen wunderbaren Grill noch ergänzt.
Die Haushälterin Frau Ala und ihr Mann waren jederzeit telefonisch ansprechbar und kümmerten sich zeitnah und intensiv um die Poolreinigung.
