11) When leaving, the client must vacate the apartment or holiday apartment to 10:00, leaving him with a sweep and basic cleaning including washing glasses and dishes, remove trash and empty the fridge. Otherwise, we charge an additional amount of 50 € for the cleaning.

16) The apartment rental does not include the rental of the tennis court, pool chairs, cleaning the apartment or any other service that may be enjoyed extra charge. -
