1. TOP ONE Apartments, in the framework of hotel, rent-called self-contained flats in the distal portion of the Rules apartment for short and longer periods (day, week, month).
2. In case of cancellation during your stay, TOP ONE Apartments does not pay the fee for the stay.
3. TOP ONE Apartments take into account the wish to extend your stay or will assist in the search for a different type of accommodation whenever possible.
4. TOP ONE Apartments provides services in accordance with its standard. For reservations regarding the quality of services as soon as possible, please report them to the owners, which in the future will enable us to be adapted to the expectations of guests.
5. TOP ONE Apartments has a duty to ensure that:
(A) the conditions for unrestricted leisure guest
(B) the security of your stay, including the disclosure of confidential information about a guy
(C) a friendly and courteous service,
(D) repairing devices during the absence of the guest in the case of his presence only when agrees and request
(E) whenever possible another apartment or otherwise mitigate the inconvenience, when occurring in the occupied apartment fault can not be removed.
6. Bed linen and towels are for the entire stay, they are changed daily. In the case of a change while we charge a fixed amount.
7. TOP ONE Apartments is not responsible for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables or items of scientific or artistic value.
8. TOP ONE Apartments is not liable for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to a guest.
9. Guests should notify TOP ONE Apartments about the damage immediately after it has been discovered.
10. Guest TOP ONE Apartments financially responsible for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical equipment of the object arising from his fault or the fault of people visiting him.
11. Each time leaving rented an apartment from the TOP ONE Apartments guest should check if the door of peace, and the front door, and the key is stored in a secure (website hidden) loss resulting set of keys guest has to pay costs in the amount of 500.00 zł.
13. Guest TOP ONE Apartments room may not transfer to third parties, even if it has expired, for which he paid a fee per stay.

In the silence of the night people using the services of TOP ONE Apartments have a duty to behave so as not to disturb other residents. TOP ONE Apartments may refuse to continue to provide services to a person who violates this rule.
15. Because of the fire safety it is forbidden to use the in-room heaters, electric irons and other similar devices which are not equipment room.
16. Before leaving the apartment or going to sleep the guest should: close the taps plumbing, close the window or immobilize them in order to prevent damage in the event of a storm, wind or other weather phenomena; turn off electrical devices.
17. TOP ONE Apartments may refuse to accept a guest who during a previous visit grossly violated the rules of causing damage to property TOP ONE Apartments or the person visitors, staff or other residents.
18. Personal belongings left by a guest in the room will not be returned.
19. The pre-booking fee is tantamount to reading the contents and acceptance of the regulations in force at the TOP ONE Apartments.
20. The apartments are non-smoking (cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, etc.
21. The apartments are non-arranging special events, parties, etc. Curfew is valid from 22.00 to 7.00
22. Guest for breaking the rules is liable and financially.
23. The owner has the ability to invoice in accordance with the Act on tax on goods and services. If the customer has not fulfilled or provided false information regarding corporate data for the invoice, the owner is not possible to issue or amend the invoice.
24. Guests choosing to stay in the TOP ONE Apartments and making telephone booking, internet-e-mail, or agrees to place the data in the database belonging to the owners. These data will be processed solely for the purpose of booking, to facilitate further reservations and for marketing purposes, in accordance with the law.
25. TOP ONE Apartments as protection against damage hotel property and the common parts of the building reserves to all guests using the accommodation left on deposit with the TOP ONE Apartments deposit or alternatively a valid photo ID.
26. Deposit will remain in the TOP ONE Apartments to the date of departure and return guest by him keys.
27. Return of deposit by TOP ONE Apartments will be the day of departure guest nor non-staff any damage and will return the keys to the apartment where he was.
28. In matters not covered in these rules shall be governed by the Civil Code. Disputes shall be settled by the court competent for the seat TOP ONE Apartments.

This was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Not ever in my life, have I been treated with such disrespect and impoliteness when staying in an appartment. Jolanta, our host, did not answer any calls in the beginning and she didn't even meet us until the end of the trip when we were departing. When she examined the appartment she accused us for breaking a window - which was already broken when we arrived, which we also had to pay full price for. We didn't mention this at arrival because it was a very small crack in a small window - it was still fully functioning, and we thought it would soon be changed. When we discussed the matter Jolanta wanted to call the authoroties on us, of course we couldn't pay for something we hadn't done? But we had a plane to catch so we paid her and left for the airport.
Overall, the apartment had it's flaws, an on the verge of breaking bathroom door, dirty sheets and some dust here and there.
We do not recommend you to stay in this appartment. We think the host is arrogant and impolite, it's going to be a long time before we dare to visit this city again.
DO NOT HIRE THIS APPARTMENT!
A small, but nice apartment with all necessary equipment etc. "Two rooms" is maybe a bit misleading, since the two spaces are just partly divided with a wall, not with a real door, like in the photos (probably there are two different apartments?).
nettes kleines appartement, der ausblick und die lage ist top! alles wichtige ist zu fuss zu erreichen. leider konnte ich die gastgeberin nicht persönlich kennenlernen , trotzdem war die Kommunikation super und es lief alles reibungslos!!! thanks iwona
Great Location, Apartment was clean and save. Internet was functioning, but unfortunately there was only polish tv.

Einfache, aber zweckmäßige Ausstattung. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, die auch spät nachts für uns da war. Auch eine verspätete Abreise war kein Problem. Dziękuję!

Appartement propre et central, idéal pour 4 personnes mais un peu trop petit pour 7.
Il est en revanche assez mal équipé et la vaisselle rangée dans les placards était mal nettoyée.
Les propriétaires sont plutôt réactifs mais ne sont pas très agréables.
Cet appartement remplit toutefois sa mission de se loger convenablement dans le centre de Varsovie et offre une belle vue sur le parc.
