Country house with swimming pool. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6 - ideal villa for a family.
The house has 3 bedrooms very cozy and spacious in a plot of 1800 m², in an absolutely perfect location on the outskirts of the village Santa Maria. The House is in an area that the kids could splash and shout in the pool with no worries about disturbing any neighbors. It is a 15 to 20 minute drive to a wide variety of lovely beaches and Santa Maria has most of the essentials. If you are looking for mountain views and tranquility this Villa is perfect.
The house is perfect for 6 people and was completely renovated and refurbished in 2011. The modern interiors with the Mallorquin-Mediterranean style and designed like an open loft house. Large living room with chimney, windows ensures a light-filled ambience. Off the living area is the open kitchen with dining area and bathroom are located directly behind it and the sleeping area with a king size bed for two people and the others two bedrooms one with tow single beds and other bunk bed. A front terrace offers views of the orange groves. They are a pool with sun beds is slightly elevated.
Situated at 20 minutes from the sandy beaches, 12 km from the close to golf course "Golf Son Termes", 3 km from the town of Santa Maria with supermarket, cafeteria, fantastic restaurant, great old pizzeria, and the Celler “Sa Signy” and ,1,8km from Festival Park shopping center and cinemas. Airport and Palma center is only 15 minutes away. It is a railway station "Train Station of Festival Park” is only 1.8km in a charming rural area.
The house is very comfortable for 6 people with heating and hot water and all amenities (washer, stove, etc.) there is an open fire-place for chillier evenings. Outside there is a swimming pool set as the old “soufreix” in a sand mallorquin stone.
Every Sunday in the town of Santa Maria it happens one of the largest and well know market in the island. Ideal for people which like to go walking to the mountain of Tramuntana with famous hiking and tracking trails or cycling to any of the town or just to explore the island. The mountains, Palma and beaches are within easy to reach, ideal base for exploring the entire island.

The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According to this law the property is available for seasonal renting, however, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
-Flexible changeover day, arrival at 15:00 hours departure at 10:00
hours. We work hard at accommodating every body's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival departure into the apartment is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help.
-We request information about the day and time of flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure.
-There is a charge of € 80 for final cleaning and laundry.
-Prices are for this property in Euros.
-Refundable deposit required of 300 Euros for any willful damage to the property or its contents, to be paid upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after checking the apartment and its contents. If the guests leave before 11.00am the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer at 48hours after the departure, so for all guests we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) on arrival.

Vi fik ikke lejligheden på Mar 16 ,så den er svær at anmelde. Men lejligheden vi fik på San Miquel var 4 stjerner , men vi manglede at der var ikke 2 badeværelser som vi havde bestilt. Men eller var det et godt byt - tror vi.
Subito molto disponibile nei nostri confronti. L'appartamento, molto bello innanzitutto e come da descrizione, ha evidenziato qualche problema fin da subito (uno stipite della porta rotto dai precedenti affituari), la luce di un bagno non funzionante dopo un giorno. Purtroppo non siamo riusciti ad avere una risposta immedata dal proprietario.
Per il resto l'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort, e situato in una zona residenziale di Palmanova.

Trevlig, väl utrustad och mycket bra belägen lägenhet. Trång brant trappa till tre trappor. Inget för småbarn.
Lage zentral. Dennoch ruhig. Sauber. Wenig Sonneneinfall, aber im Hochsommer wahrscheinlich angenehm. Keine Spülmaschine vorhanden. Sehr netter Kontakt vor Ort. Super hilfsbereit.
