This small property is situated in the locality of Falciani in the municipality of Impruneta, just a few kilometres from the town of Greve, the gateway to the Chianti Classico region. The two flats have been recently renovated and furnished with expert taste by the owners who live in the next-door building. The area is extremely peaceful and is the ideal choice for a pleasant, relaxing sojourn. S. Casciano Val di Pesa, where all services are to be found, is just 5 km. away and Florence 11 km. This property is a perfect starting point for excursions, because at 5 km from the highway and only 2 km from the motorway. The two flats may be booked together, enabling a situation of total privacy. In the fenced garden, to be used only by the 2 appartments, there have been created 2 private areas with common barbecue. Private uncovered parking. In the property there is a common laundry (use included in the price). The day after the arrival date owners offer the breakfast. Pets admitted only if the 2 apts are booked together. Heating on consumption. House "Le Sante Marie", renovated, surrounded by trees. 5 km from the centre of San Casciano Val di Pesa, 11 km from the centre of Firenze, 16 km from the centre of Greve in Chianti, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: garden 200 m2 (fenced). Barbecue. Private: garden furniture. In the house: central heating, washing machine (for shared use). Parking by the house. Shop, grocers 500 m, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km. Golf course 7 km, tennis 5 km, riding stables 5 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds.

We were traveling with 6 people in the apartment and it was really more than enough beds available. Saube towels, bedding ect. were also ready when we arrived! The apartment was just like the photos out! Top was the central location right in the historic center of Prague; we were able to go on foot everywhere. A deduction of points there, because unfortunately only one bathroom is available (though you knew from the description before, but then turned out to be on site with 6 people, just in the morning, very difficult!). The apartment was advertised with parking, so we thought the parking was included in the price. Unfortunately, that was not so ... Although a car park (500m from the apartment) We were provided, but this cost another 20 € per night / day extra. That you should plan in advance! Otherwise, the apartment was great and for the central location a total of a really good price / performance ratio.
The accommodation can I absolutely recommend. Our house was very comfortable (TV in every room). Kitchen and bathroom is very modern. The lift can be reached easily on foot.
The only downside is the Gastrononmie. Throughout the Alpendorf there is no local. Only pizzas to take away.
I also find it an exaggeration, if you write "Apartment". There is a pool of about 80 houses.
Nevertheless, we will come back because the system is very good.
Einziger Minuspunkt ist die Gastrononmie. Im ganzen Alpendorf gibt es kein Lokal. Lediglich Pizzas zum Mitnehmen.
Außerdem finde ich es übertrieben, wenn man schreibt "Haus mit Pool". Es gibt einen Pool für ca. 80 Häuser.
Trotzdem werden wir wiederkommen, weil die Anlage sehr gut ist.

Very good organization and very welcome. The apartment, very clean, matched our expectations: near the subway, close to the historic center. Very quiet area, close to various shops.
From said "Christian" nothing can be heard and seen. Be careful when price comparison with other apartments. The standing offer price is a minimum price for whenever. Trip insurance you pay with unasked. The booking confirmation you get from a Swiss recruitment firm. Contact by email then you have, however, only with the "maybe" Wohnungsbesitzerin.Die handover again makes someone else who is not the English language. The apartment is spacious and the decor acceptable. Coffee machine must not expect no Wifi, the TV only speaks Italian. Well, these are of course just expectations.
What is certainly not ok: right behind the house runs the highway. The statement "quiet street" is very daring.
The bed was a disaster. The sagging of the grate was offset by an under-laid board. Low back pain do not belong to a restful holiday. And a new rust does not cost the world.
When we moved into the apartment in a 2-storey house not inhabited, was the indoor and outdoor temperature 0 ° C. Hospitality?
For separately payable gas consumption (heating, stove) were on offer 1.50 euros / liter indicated. This would have at 23 cubic meters of consumption means that we have to pay for 23,000 liters of gas consumption (physics!) Would have 34500 Euro. We've got really feared everything including a pistol to the head. During settlement were then calculated by referring to the liter price 3,50 Euro / cubic meter of us. Although not comprehensible, but we were glad to get away with a light slap on the wrist.
In the end, you pay for the many intermediary tons of money without getting for reasonable performance.
The truly private landlord in Naples did not used forever until they have responded or canceled on the date (Year). We have therefore perforce booked the apartment with immediate confirmation and regretted it. Torrre Annunziata is in a desolate condition. The only place to Naples, which is really neat and on northern Italian standard, Sorrento.
Was sicher nicht ok ist: direkt hinter dem Haus verläuft die Autobahn. Die Aussage "ruhige Seitenstrasse" ist schon sehr gewagt.
Das Bett war eine Katastrophe. Das Durchhängen des Rostes wurde durch ein untergelegtes Brett kompensiert. Kreuzschmerzen gehören nicht zu einem erholsamem Urlaub. Und ein neuer Rost kostet nicht die Welt.
Als wir die Wohnung in einem nicht bewohnten 2stöckigen Haus bezogen, betrug die Innen- und Außentemperatur 0°C. Gastfreundschaft ?
Für den separat zu bezahlenden Gasverbrauch (Heizung, Herd) waren im Angebot 1,50 Euro / Liter angegeben. Dies hätte bei 23 Kubikmetern Verbrauch bedeutet, das wir für 23000 Liter Gasverbrauch (Physik !) 34500 Euro hätten bezahlen müssen. Wir haben da wirklich alles einschließlich einer Pistole am Kopf befürchtet. Bei der Abrechnung wurden uns dann mit dem Hinweis auf den Literpreis 3,50 Euro / Kubikmeter berechnet. Zwar nicht nachvollziehbar, aber wir waren froh, mit einem hellblauen Auge davonzukommen.
Im Endeffekt zahlt man für die vielen Vermittler jede Menge Geld,ohne dafür eine vernünftige Leistung zu bekommen.
Die wirklich privaten Vermieter in Neapel haben leider ewig gebraucht, bis sie reagiert haben oder zu dem Termin (Silvester) abgesagt. Wir haben deshalb notgedrungen die Wohnung mit Sofortzusage gebucht und es bereut. Torrre Annunziata ist in einem desolaten Zustand. Der einzige Ort um Neapel, der wirklich sehr gepflegt und auf norditalienischen Standard ist, ist Sorrent.
Accommodation on the ground floor, spacious and bright, and can even accommodate 6 people with the sofa bed. Kitchen, adapters (French-> English), public parking on the street (fee but a badge is provided to park without problems). Just at the stove: problems turning the plates, arrange for matches or lighters in case.
